This privacy policy is for the services provided by N3XT90 PTY LTD. Throughout this policy, when you see the words “we,” “us,” or “our,” we are referring to our company.

When we talk about our “Service,” we mean all of our products, including:

To make our app work, we collect a small amount of information.

• Your Training Data (But Not Your Videos):

• When you do a drill, our Coach AI analyzes your movements using your device's camera.
• This analysis happens on your device. Our AI is built into the app itself.
• We never upload or save your video. Our servers are not built to handle video.
• Once the drill is over, your device sends us only the assesment: the metrics and stats from your performance (like how many touches you made or your accuracy).

• Usage & Technical Data: When you use our app, we automatically collect some information, like your IP address and which features you use. This helps us protect your account from suspicious activity, understand roughly where our users are located (e.g., city or country), and see what features we need to improve.

4. How we use your information.

We use the information we collect to:

• Run your account and provide the app's features.
• Track your progress and build your personal training plans.
• Show you how you rank on leaderboards.
• Fix bugs and improve the app for everyone.
• Contact you with important updates about the app.

5. Who we share your information with.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run ads. However, we may share your data with trusted third-party companies that help us run our business. These "service providers" help us with things like:

• Cloud Hosting: Storing our data on secure servers.
• Analytics: Understanding how our app is used so we can improve it.

We have strict agreements with these partners that require them to provide the same level of protection for your data as we do. They are only allowed to use your information to perform the specific services we have requested.

6. Our use of Google's AI - DeepMind.

Some of our app's features use AI technology from Google called the Gemini API. An "API" is just a way for our app to talk to Google's technology. When you use one of these features, the information you provide is sent to Google so the AI we have trained can work. 7. Where your Information is stored (international data transfers).

To provide our Service, the information we collect may be stored and processed on servers located outside of your home country, including in the United States. We know that different countries have different privacy laws.

If you choose to delete your account, we will delete your personal information as described in the "Your Rights" section above. We may retain some anonymized data for analytical purposes.

11. A note for users under 18.

Our app is for users who are 13 years old and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you're a parent and believe your child under 13 has created an account, please contact us immediately so we can remove their information.

12. Changes to this policy.

We might need to update this policy in the future. If we make a big change, we’ll let you know by email or with a notice inside the app. The "Last Updated" date at the top will always show you when we last made a change.
